Volunteers Still Needed for

Our first homeless outreach was carried out by four volunteers in December of 1999. Since then, it has become our signature event – an annual call to our communities to serve the poorest of the poor. As you know, CV-19 had other plans in 2020. Thanks to our collective healthcare responses and our City/CDC-complaint protocols – WINTER OUTREACH IS BACK!  From December 3-15, we will gather as a community to serve thousands of our neighbors with over 70 life-sustaining items in our Winter Survival Kit to give them hope and the essentials to survive the harsh conditions of living without a home to keep them safe and warm.

*Due to health and safety protocols, we are still not doing direct street outreach. Our tireless agency partners will be directly serving our neighbors on our behalf.

• 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Survival Kit Assembly

EVERY VOLUNTEER MUST SHOW THEIR VACCINE CARD PRIOR TO ENTERING AND WEAR A MASK THROUGHOUT THE EVENT

Registration: Upon arrival, please proceed to the Registration Desk located in the Brentwood Presbyterian church courtyard to sign in.  

Waiver Forms:  All volunteers need to bring the completed and signed waiver form to this event. Youth Waiver Form for volunteers under 18 years of age. Click Here for the adult form.

Parking: Free parking is available in the Comerica Bank parking lot, upper level on Thursday and Friday nights after 6:00 PM, and Saturday. 12001 San Vicente Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90049, off S. Saltair Ave. Please look for signs to direct you. The lot is directly across from Brentwood Presbyterian Church 12000 San Vicente Blvd, Los Angeles CA 90049. Additional parking is also available on Gretna Green Way Friday - Saturday.
